An interactive concert to meet the woodwind family
Created in 2022 for a week-long tour around primary schools in Cornwall , 'Hey Presto!' Is our magic-themed musical interactive concert.
Join us on an adventure through a magical forest as we introduce and spotlight each of our instruments through feature pieces, presenting a range of genres and styles within our unique ensemble.
Dispersed between pieces are fun activities for the students to get involved with, including soundscapes, rhythm building and conducting - which is always a firm favourite.
This interactive concert is perfect for all primary school age students, with music and activities that even the teachers can't resist joining in with!
Ages 4 - 11
Prices start from £320
Typical workshop length is 1hr
Activities include body percussion, conducting, rhythm building
Students will be introduced to the woodwind family and learn about playing wind instruments
“There was a flute, clarinet, bassoon, saxophone and lots of other woodwind instruments. We went on a magical adventure with Pascal and Toothless. On the way we saw some magical fairies which was the flute, then the wicked witch was the clarinet. The saxophone was the genie who took the wicked witch away using the genie powers. Then we heard Bruno, it was brilliant!"
